Hi, my name is Alice Boettner and I’m very proud to be a member of the NVC family.

I have been a client at Neffsville Veterinary Clinic since 1999. I joined the staff in June of 2011, and in December of 2012 I was promoted to the Finance, Human Resources, and Inventory Manager.

Prior to my employment at NVC I worked for 33 years at an engineering firm in corporate accounting. I attended County College of Morris in Dover, New Jersey with a major in Business Management.

I live in Lancaster with my husband Tom and a tabby cat named Dash. Our sport is bowling and we enjoy riding our Harley Davidson Ultra-Glide.

We are members of the Harley Owners Group (HOG) and the Retreads, an international motorcycle organization for riders over 40 years of age.

My name is Kelly. I have been a member of the Neffsville Veterinary Clinic team since September of 2000. I assist the clinic’s management team. I also maintain our clinic’s social media pages and website.

My husband (Craig) and I have two children (Jaden and Alex). We live in Lititz. We have a Peke-A-Poo (Hannah), a Pit Mix (Scooby) a black cat (Tinkerbelle), a gray cat (Gibby), an orange cat (Woody Walnut) and a guinea pig.

I enjoy spending time with my kids, relaxing, shopping, and traveling.

Hello, my name is Rachel. I have been working in the Client Relations Department at Neffsville Veterinary Clinic since the summer of 2013.

I graduated from Towson University in Towson, MD with a bachelors degree in Environmental Studies.

I have been in the animal care field for over 6 years. I live in Lititz with my husband Andrew and our furry child (Eli).

Eli is a French Brittany Spaniel who is the love of our lives.

I have two domestic shorthair cats: Murphy (rescued from outside) and Ninja.

I also have 3 dogs: Mya (chow mix), Holly (black lab), and Lexi (yellow lab).

One of my favorite hobbies is enter and participating in Dock Dog Competitions.

I would love to own an English Bulldog someday! I enjoy caring for your pets.

Hi, my name is Alex, I joined the Neffsville team in December of 2014.

For the past three years I’ve worked as a kennel tech and adoption counselor at a local animal shelter.

I have a huge soft spot for adopted animals and I currently volunteer for rescues and shelters in the area.

My fur family consists of two pups, an ‘Aussimo’ named Silas and an Australian Cattle Dog named Georgia.

I own a photography business and my biggest hobbies are hiking and pet photography.

I have wanted to work with animals since the age of three and have been working towards this dream ever since.

I love volunteering and building experiences with animals both large and small.

In 2010 I received my Animal Science certificate from Willow Street Lancaster County Career and Technology Center.

In 2013 I graduated from Delaware Valley College with a bachelor degree in Large Animal Science.

I’m currently attending Millersville University majoring in Marketing.

I enjoy horseback riding, and spending time outdoors.

Hi! My name is Kaitlin and I am excited to be a part of the Neffsville Veterinary Clinic’s Outpatient department.

I am a college graduate who has been an animal lover all of my life.

I have experienced working at a local animal shelter where I was introduced to my furry best friend (Jake), a spunky Jack Russell Terrier.

He was a puppy-mill dog who needed a great deal of rehabilitation and medical care when I got him.

I am sure he is just as thankful for me as I am for him. In my spare time I enjoy taking hikes with him, reading a good book, or working on some of my writing.

I am a huge advocate for animals and currently work with 2nd Chance for Life Rescue as a foster.

I love animals of all shapes and sizes and can’t wait to provide your furry family member with the care and compassion they deserve!

I have worked in the veterinary field for about 2 ½ years and couldn’t picture myself doing anything else for a living.

My name is Kelly, I joined the Neffsville Veterinary Clinic team in June of 2014. I graduated from Oxford Area High School in 2006.

After graduation I moved to Gainesville, Florida where I graduated from Santa Fe College/Saint Petersburg College earning my degree in Veterinary Technology in July of 2013.

While in Florida I worked as a Veterinary Technician and inventory manager at a small animal hospital and owned my own pet sitting business.

My husband (Arturo) and I moved back to this area in January of 2014. We have identical twin boys and welcomed a baby girl in December of 2015.

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family and pets. I have a dog (Molly), and two cats (Stewie and Buttercup).

Hi, my name is Lisa and I have been a CVT since September 2006.

I received my bachelor’s degree from Juniata College and after working for a couple years I decided to go back to school to earn my Vet Tech Certification.

After graduating I worked at a clinic in Baltimore for 5 years then accepted a position at Neffsville Veterinary Clinic in 2011.

After a little over a year I left Neffsville Veterinary Clinic for a job at another clinic, but returned after 8 months because I missed working at Neffsville!

I feel blessed to work with such an amazing group of doctors and staff members. I have a soft spot for Labs and have a yellow one named Hannah.

I love working with your pets and look forward to helping you give them the best care possible!

I live with Brandon my fiancé and our 6 pets: Sheba (Belgian Shephard mix), Leo (domestic short hair cat), Swazey and Little Gray (Flemish Giant Rabbits), and Apollo and Selene (Ferrets).

Hi, my name is Amy Walker. I started at Neffsville Veterinary Clinic in August of 1998. I have attended Cedar Valley College Distance Education Vet-Tech Program.

I live in East Petersburg with my husband (Chad) and 4 kids (Olivia, Scarlet, Jackson & Georgia).

We have 4 pets that we have rescued; Lyla (Pitbull), Fuji (Japanese Chin), and August & Sterling (orange and white domestic short hair cats).

The best part of being an Inpatient nurse is being able to provide compassion and comfort to your pet while they stay in the hospital.

In my spare time I enjoy gardening, running, and reading.

I also help at Furever Homes with fostering and volunteering my time.

I found that nursing gave me all the satisfaction that I thought vet school would and changed my career path.

I have been a veterinary nurse since 2008, and intend to continue my schooling to become a Certified Veterinary Technician.

I find helping animals very rewarding and have a special place in my heart for rescue animals.

My four-legged family includes a pitbull mix (Willie) and a short haired cat (Scooter), who thinks he’s a dog.

I currently reside in Washington Boro with my husband, Jeff and four, four legged housemates; Molly (English Shepherd) Rosie (Border Collie/Aussie) Andy (Long haired Chihuahua) and Alice (Himalayan/Siamese).

I am a Liberty University graduate where I studied rhetorical analysis: public forum speech communication and American Sign Language and Interpretation.

I am currently active member and volunteer of Therapy Dog International, where Rosie and I serve as a Pet Therapy team, Acera Care Hospice and The Sebastian Foundation for Animal Rescue.

I am also on the softball coaching staff at Hempfield High School.

I have loved working with animals for as long as I can remember but I am particularly fond of dog psychology and behavioral training.

I’ve been involved in animal welfare for the past few years and I love volunteering my time for animal rescue groups.

I’m most involved with the Humane League of Lancaster County and I especially enjoy training new volunteers and taking the shelter dogs on fun field trips.

I have one (super spoiled) rescue cat named Rosie. I fostered Rosie when she was only 3-weeks-old and then I gladly adopted her.

In the near future I hope to adopt my own dog. I’m especially fond of Pit Bulls and German Shepherds.

Hello! My name is Heather Reist and I have been working at the Neffsville Veterinary Clinic’s Pet Resort since May of 2015. I am currently studying animal science and pre-veterinary medicine at the University of Findlay in Ohio. Since I grew up on a farm in Manheim Township raising Belgian draft horses, I came to really love animals, specifically large animals. Working at NVC’s Pet Resort has allowed me to gain experience with small animals and obtain some knowledge of veterinary medicine. My family and I currently have two Percheron horses named Cap and Tom, a Belgian named Francis, two Angus cattle named Slim Jim and Annabell, two goats, oxen, and a rooster! I also have a very spoiled cat named Peanut Butter Marshmallow (PM). In my free time I enjoy spending time with my animals and family, as well as gardening, reading, and attending local auctions. I look forward to caring for all your pets at NVC’s Pet Resort!

My name is Katelyn Reist. I have graduated from Manheim Township in 2014 and attend the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio to study animal science and pre-veterinary medicine during the school year. I live on a farm in Lancaster with my family and several livestock including Cap and Tom (two Percheron draft horses), Francis (a Belgian draft horse), Lawnboy and Gingersnap (two goat kids), and a few cats. I enjoy doing many outdoor activities including gardening, driving our Percheron and Belgian draft horses as well as caring for my family’s animals.
