Join us at Neffsville Veterinary Clinic for the next session of our Canine education Classes! New sections in Puppy Socialization, Puppy Manners, and Basic Manners starting the week of August 21st. Intermediate Manners starting the week of September 4th. Enrollment availability for the following classes:

Puppy Socialization: designed for puppies 8 to 16 weeks of age. Let us help your puppy explore the world in a fun and exciting way! Our puppy socialization classes are designed to condition your new puppy to routine vetting, grooming, strangers and other dogs. In this class, we call start basic cues like “sit”, “down” and “come” as well as cover hot puppy topics like house breaking, create training, setting clear boundaries and
Puppy Manners: designed for puppies 4 to 6 months of age. In this class we work on setting a strong foundation by learning core cues like basic cues like “sit”, “down” and “come”. We then advance to secondary cues skills like hand targeting and placement cues. In this class we also cover those older puppy habits like jumping, pulling on a leash and crate training.
Basic Manners: designed for dogs 6 months of age and older. This class focuses on working with adult dogs with no previous training. In this class we work on setting a strong foundation by learning core cues like basic cues like “sit”, “down” and “come”. We then advance to secondary cues skills like hand targeting and placement cues. We also cover hot training topic like dog body language, training equipment and behaviors like loose leash pulling or adapting to new environments.
Intermediate Manners: designed for adult dogs with previous basic training. In this class, we focus on the key testing points to prepare your dog for the Canine Good Citizen test. In addition to preparing for the test, your dog will strengthen his or her skills by adding duration and distractions.
