Hi, my name is Erica and I’ve been with Neffsville Veterinary Clinic since the beginning of the year. I’ve worked in the pet care industry for the last five and a half years. I recently moved to Lancaster County with my two pups, Rico and Mona from San Diego. I love all animals and I am excited to get to know all of the clients here at Neffsville!

Brittany
Pet Resort Operations Manager and Certified Dog Trainer.

Hi there! My name is Brittany and I am honored to provide quality care for your pets. My greatest passion in life is caring for animals. I love to learn new things, so I value the opportunity to expand my knowledge in this veterinary environment. When I’m not working at NVC, I enjoy making art, reading, writing, and dog walking. I own a wonderful cat, Darby – a feisty and cuddly runt. I look forward to caring for your fur-babies!

I am also a certified dog trainer and I offer various training services through Neffsville, so visit our Canine Education page to learn more!

Heather
Pet Resort

Hello! My name is Heather Reist and I have been working at the Neffsville Veterinary Clinic’s Pet Resort since May of 2015. I am currently studying animal science and pre-veterinary medicine at the University of Findlay in Ohio. Since I grew up on a farm in Manheim Township raising Belgian draft horses, I came to really love animals, specifically large animals. Working at NVC’s Pet Resort has allowed me to gain experience with small animals and obtain some knowledge of veterinary medicine. My family and I currently have two Percheron horses named Cap and Tom, a Belgian named Francis, two Angus cattle named Slim Jim and Annabell, two goats, oxen, and a rooster! I also have a very spoiled cat named Peanut Butter Marshmallow (PM). In my free time I enjoy spending time with my animals and family, as well as gardening, reading, and attending local auctions. I look forward to caring for all your pets at NVC’s Pet Resort!

Mars
Pet Resort

Hi! My name is Mars, and I started working here in the Summer of 2016. I am currently a senior at Kutztown University, studying Communication Design to become a Graphic Designer/Illustrator. I personally own two pets, while my family has three.

Daisy, my first pet, is a mini lop who believes we live in her world, and will not pass up a moment to shower me in bunny kisses. My other pet is Mallow, a domestic shorthair who has minor Cerebral Hyperplasia. He is the baby out of the two and will not hesitate to show that.

In my spare time, I like to play video games, catch up on my list of shows, tend to my garden or houseplants, or work on commissions.

I can’t wait to meet your pets and spoil them in love and affection.

Alex

Hello! My name is Alex. I became a member of the NVC team in September of 2017. I’m currently a student at Penn State University and I love what I do here at the Pet Resort. At home, I have 5 cats. I’ve always had a passion for animals, big or small, and I can’t wait to care for yours!

Cody
Pet Resort

Hello, my name is Cody and I hope to meet your four-legged friend in the future if I have not already met them. I have always found a way to connect with animals including dogs and cats. Despite my allergy to dogs I still play with my dog “Duke”. Duke is a Rottweiler mix that my family rescued. When I am not working with animals, I am working on my ATV and riding it in the fields. I look forward to playing with your pets.

Natalie
Pet Resort

Hi! I am Natalie and I am very excited to have the opportunity to care for your pets as part of the Pet Resort team. I am currently a student at Franklin & Marshall College studying Animal Behavior. I have always loved working with every type of animal from horses, monkeys, and now your cats and dogs! I have two cats at home, however, I am not allowed to have a pet on a college campus other than my three fish. Working here allows me to get the animal fix I need. I can’t wait to start working with your furry friends!

Nick
Pet Resort

Hi, I am Nick! I joined the Pet Resort team during the spring of 2019. I was born and raised in Berks County, PA, where I always had dogs to love and care for. I am currently living in Lancaster with my Maine Coon named Gorgonzola, and my “step-dog” pit-mix, Fig. I can’t wait to meet all the great animals and clients.

Karis
Pet Resort

Hi, my name is Karis. Pets have always been a passion of mine. In the past, I have owned a vole, four hamsters, up to 18 fish at once and I currently own a chihuahua mix whom I adopted just a few years ago. Although I just began working at the Neffsville Veterinary Clinic Pet Resort in July of 2020, I am so excited to meet you and your furry friends!

Alia
Pet Resort

My name is Alia, and I am a keyholder here at the Pet Resort. I began my employment with NVC in September 2019. When I’m not at work, I’m focused on my schooling. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Biology. I aim to attend medical school and subsequently enter the field of forensics. What is most important to me at this point in my life is work and college. I truly do love my job, and when I go home at night, I return to four cats of my own.

Mikayla
Pet Resort

Hello! My name is Mikayla! I’ve lived in Lancaster my whole life and started working at Neffsville in 2019. I currently attend Bloomsburg University for my bachelors in social work. I hope to continue my education and get my masters in SW, so I can work in the mental health field one day. I grew up having animals so I understand the amount of love, care, and attention they need. I am thankful to have the best coworkers who love animals just as much as I do! Thank you for trusting us to take care of your furry friends!
