Pet Resort Coordinator
Hi, my name is Erica and I’ve been with Neffsville Veterinary Clinic since the beginning of the year. I’ve worked in the pet care industry for the last five and a half years. I recently moved to Lancaster County with my two pups, Rico and Mona from San Diego. I love all animals and I am excited to get to know all of the clients here at Neffsville!
Hello! My name is Heather Reist and I have been working at the Neffsville Veterinary Clinic’s Pet Resort since May of 2015. I am currently studying animal science and pre-veterinary medicine at the University of Findlay in Ohio. Since I grew up on a farm in Manheim Township raising Belgian draft horses, I came to really love animals, specifically large animals. Working at NVC’s Pet Resort has allowed me to gain experience with small animals and obtain some knowledge of veterinary medicine. My family and I currently have two Percheron horses named Cap and Tom, a Belgian named Francis, two Angus cattle named Slim Jim and Annabell, two goats, oxen, and a rooster! I also have a very spoiled cat named Peanut Butter Marshmallow (PM). In my free time I enjoy spending time with my animals and family, as well as gardening, reading, and attending local auctions. I look forward to caring for all your pets at NVC’s Pet Resort!
My name is Katelyn Reist. I have graduated from Manheim Township in 2014 and attend the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio to study animal science and pre-veterinary medicine during the school year. I live on a farm in Lancaster with my family and several livestock including Cap and Tom (two Percheron draft horses), Francis (a Belgian draft horse), Lawnboy and Gingersnap (two goat kids), and a few cats. I enjoy doing many outdoor activities including gardening, driving our Percheron and Belgian draft horses as well as caring for my family’s animals. I enjoy all types of animals and look forward to caring for your pet!
Hiya, my name is Mars and I look forward to caring for your furry family member.
I have three wonderful pets at home. Mercedes(Russian blue) is a lovable sweet rescue I have, finding her stuck in a car axle of a Mercedes Benz car as kitten (Hence why her name is Mercedes). Prince (Chihuahua Miniature Pinscher mix) is a ball of energy that is always ready to do anything and believes he rules the neighborhood. When relaxing it never fails to find one of the two of them cuddled up to me in bed. As for the third member, Nena (Cockatiel) is an old girl who is very content to herself and always scopes the others.
When spending free time by myself, I enjoy drawing, playing videogames, watching movies/shows, and talking to my friends around the states.
I do take part actively as a member of G.S.A (Gay Straight Alliance/Gender Sexuality Alliance) in Manheim Township High School, in hopes to have our school and community more LGBT friendly.
I can’t wait to meet and care for your pets!
Hello! My name is Alex. I became a member of the NVC team in September of 2017. I’m currently a student at Penn State University and I love what I do here at the Pet Resort. At home, I have 5 cats. I’ve always had a passion for animals, big or small, and I can’t wait to care for yours!
Hello! My name is Morgan. I am so excited to give love and care to your furry friends. I have always loved animals ever since I was little. Every single dog or cat brings a huge smile to my face. I have multiple dogs (2 shown in photo) and cats that I love with all my heart. Outside of work, I have a passion for cheer and dance. I love baking/cooking, camping/hiking, going to the beach. I’m glad I have the opportunity to give your pets the best stay possible!
Hello, my name is Cody and I hope to meet your four-legged friend in the future if I have not already met them. I have always found a way to connect with animals including dogs and cats. Despite my allergy to dogs I still play with my dog “Duke”. Duke is a Rottweiler mix that my family rescued. When I am not working with animals, I am working on my ATV and riding it in the fields. I look forward to playing with your pets.
Bio Coming Soon!
Hi! I am Natalie and I am very excited to have the opportunity to care for your pets as part of the Pet Resort team. I am currently a student at Franklin & Marshall College studying Animal Behavior. I have always loved working with every type of animal from horses, monkeys, and now your cats and dogs! I have two cats at home, however, I am not allowed to have a pet on a college campus other than my three fish. Working here allows me to get the animal fix I need. I can’t wait to start working with your furry friends!
Hi! My name is Victoria, and I’ve been with Neffsville Veterinary Clinic since November of 2019. I am getting my degree in Veterinary Technology; in addition to that, I am working on my certifications for the following: Canine Nutrition and Fitness, Canine Behavior, and Canine Genetics.
I own a mixed breed named Noir, who is the light of my life. Since I was a child, I have always had animals, and I always brought strays into my house. Animals have been my lifetime passion, and I am very grateful to spend every day with them. I enjoy dog shows, rare breed preservation, and anything animal-related, hiking, and reading a good book outside of work.
I cannot wait to meet you and your pets to care for them!
Hi, I am Nick! I joined the Pet Resort team during the spring of 2019. I was born and raised in Berks County, PA, where I always had dogs to love and care for. I am currently living in Lancaster with my Maine Coon named Gorgonzola, and my “step-dog” pit-mix, Fig. I can’t wait to meet all the great animals and clients.
Hi, my name is Karis. Pets have always been a passion of mine. In the past, I have owned a vole, four hamsters, up to 18 fish at once and I currently own a chihuahua mix whom I adopted just a few years ago. Although I just began working at the Neffsville Veterinary Clinic Pet Resort in July of 2020, I am so excited to meet you and your furry friends!
Hi, my name is Molly and I am very excited to spend my days working at the Neffsville Pet Resort. Born and raised in Lancaster County, I graduated from Millersville University in 2017 with a degree in History Education. After spending a few years in the South working with youth and other animals such as reptiles, amphibians, and bird of prey, I am excited to be back in Lancaster working with your furry family members. At home I have two dogs, Chewie and Chloe who are both Cavapoos and my Painted Turtle named Dot.

Hi there! My name is Brittany and I am honored to provide quality care for your pets. My greatest passion in life is caring for animals. I love to learn new things, so I value the opportunity to expand my knowledge in this veterinary environment. When I’m not working at NVC, I enjoy making art, reading, writing, and dog walking. My name is Alia, and I am a keyholder here at the Pet Resort. I began my employment with NVC in September 2019. When I’m not at work, I’m focused on my schooling. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Biology. I aim to attend medical school and subsequently enter the field of forensics. What is most important to me at this point in my life is work and college. I truly do love my job, and when I go home at night, I return to four cats of my own.
Hello! My name is Mikayla! I’ve lived in Lancaster my whole life and started working at Neffsville in 2019. I currently attend Bloomsburg University for my bachelors in social work. I hope to continue my education and get my masters in SW, so I can work in the mental health field one day. I grew up having animals so I understand the amount of love, care, and attention they need. I am thankful to have the best coworkers who love animals just as much as I do! Thank you for trusting us to take care of your furry friends!
