When will you be seeing appointments/reopening?
We are actively working on resuming services as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience. Over the next 2–3 weeks, we will be bringing in modular units so we can safely resume seeing patients. Our main building will remain closed as restoration efforts continue. Please note that these timelines are estimates and may be subject to change. Clinic updates will be sent through our PetDesk app and posted on our Facebook page.
Should we wait for reopening to continue vaccinations?

What should we do if we have appointments?
We are currently unavailable to provide any veterinary services until further notice. When our modular units arrive, we will contact clients who had veterinary appointments scheduled.

Can I get my pets allergy injection/nails trimmed with the nurses?
We are working on having limited veterinary nurse appointments soon.
Are Grooming & Pet Resort services still available?
We’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily close our pet resort and grooming salon until approximately August 1st. This was not a decision made lightly, but our priority right now must be focused on restoring and maintaining medical care for our patients.
Can I still pick up my pet’s prescription medications & diets at Neffsville Veterinary Clinic?
Yes, we have a medication pick-up station in our front parking lot during the following times:
· Monday – Friday 10am to 12pm and 5pm to 7pm
· Saturday 10am to 12pm

You will be notified when your food/medications are ready for pick-up. You will be texted a payment link to pay for your pet’s medication prior to pick-up. Please note that all food and medications must be paid prior to pick-up. At this time, we are unable to accept payments at our pick-up tent. We can accept payments over the phone by calling (717) 569-5381 during the following times: 10am – 12pm or 5pm – 7pm (Monday-Friday).
