Client Relations Department Coordinator

Hi everyone! My name is Kate and I am very excited to develop long-lasting relationships with all of our clients- both human and four-legged. I have worked in the vet field since 2016 and have a customer service and management background, as well as a B.A. in Education from the University of Delaware.

Animals are my passion, and I am grateful to have the opportunity to provide compassion, support, and love to them each day. At home, I have a golden/chow mix named Daisy who is the love of my life, and I look forward to rescuing many more.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, going to the beach, spending time with family and friends, and searching for the perfect grilled cheese sandwich.

Digital Client Service Manager

My name is Misty Shenberger, and I have been with Neffsville Veterinary Clinic since May of 2000. I have been a member of our Client Relations Team for over 20 years! In 2021, I moved into a managerial role as the Digital Client Services Manager. This is an exciting new position within Neffsville, as well as the entire veterinary field itself. This role provides me with the distinct opportunity to serve our clients virtually via our electronic platforms such as email, Pet Desk APP, Pet Portal, Markethound, and the Vetsource online store. I am thankful to our clients for allowing me to care for their pets!

When I am not working at Neffsville Veterinary Clinic, I am a proud single mom to a 15-year-old daughter, Gabriana. Being a mom is a gift to me. We enjoy watching movies, reading, doing arts/crafts, and playing cards together. In my spare time, I enjoy being active, donating to women’s shelters, and writing cards.

Hi everyone! My name is Shannon and I’ve been working at Neffsville since April of 2022. After high school I studied communications at Kutztown University, but realized my true passion was working with animals when I started working at a local pet store. I have both a customer service and management background, and I love working in this fast-paced, exciting environment. At home I have a feisty, senior rescue cat named Lucky. When I’m not at work, I love to spend time with family and friends (both two and four legged), go hiking, cook, and find new music to listen to. I love every animal that’s crossed my path since I was little, and I’m so excited to care for all of your pets with the same love I give my own. Thank you for allowing me to care for your fur babies; I can’t wait to meet you all!

Looking forward to being here!

I am thrilled to be here at Neffsville Veterinary Clinic. I have always had a passion for veterinary medicine and working with animals. I have a variety of experience including time at an emergency vet. When I am not working, I can be found at a favorite coffee shop reading or writing. I also greatly enjoy time spent with loved ones as well as time outside.

Hi! I’m Gabbi and I’m super excited to be a part of the team. I’m new to the veterinary field after studying Food Science and Microbiology at Penn State and working with ice cream and coffee for several years. I love all animals, but commonly “misunderstood” critters hold a special place in my heart (snakes, reptiles, spiders, etc.) At home, I have a Ball Python and a corn snake. In my free time, you can find me cooking, crafting, and immersing myself in all types of fantasy, such as books, games, Renaissance Festivals, movies, etc.!
