Hi everyone! My name is Kate and I joined the NVC team in 2019. I have worked in the veterinary field since 2016 and have a customer service and management background, as well as a B.A. in Education from the University of Delaware. I am dedicated to providing support, love, and compassionate care to all animals.
I reside in Lancaster with my best girl Daisy, a golden/chow rescue, Guinness, a black kitty we found under our porch with a mind of his own, and my husband Jon.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, going to the beach, live music, spending time with family and friends, and searching for the perfect grilled cheese sandwich.

Digital Client Service Manager
My name is Misty Shenberger, and I have been with Neffsville Veterinary Clinic since May of 2000. I have been a member of our Client Relations Team for over 20 years! In 2021, I moved into a managerial role as the Digital Client Services Manager. This is an exciting new position within Neffsville, as well as the entire veterinary field itself. This role provides me with the distinct opportunity to serve our clients virtually via our electronic platforms such as email, Pet Desk APP, Pet Portal, Markethound, and the Vetsource online store. I am thankful to our clients for allowing me to care for their pets!
When I am not working at Neffsville Veterinary Clinic, I am a proud single mom to a 15-year-old daughter, Gabriana. Being a mom is a gift to me. We enjoy watching movies, reading, doing arts/crafts, and playing cards together. In my spare time, I enjoy being active, donating to women’s shelters, and writing cards.

Hi everybody! My name is Laura, and I joined the team in June of 2019. I’ve been working in the veterinary field since 2012, starting as seasonal work while I went to college at Kutztown University. After graduating in 2016 with a B.S.B.A. in Business Administration and Management, I knew that I wanted to stay in this field long term. I love the growth and knowledge I’ve been able to do while working here and my main goal is to advance further into the administrative side of veterinary medicine mixed with retail and pharmaceutical knowledge. I live with my husband, Justin, and our 3 cats, Vahn, Vivian and Vulpix. During my free time I like to crochet, play video games, read and plan social events. I look forward to working with you and your pets!

Hi, my name is Lauren and I became a part of NVC in May of 2019 after graduating from the Veterinary Assistant program at the Lancaster County Career & Technology Center.
I have had a love for animals since a young age which makes me excited to care for you and your furry loved ones.
At home, I have a mini lop named Dallas and a newly rescued Lab mix named Ember. Away from NVC, I enjoy crafting, volunteering with a local pet rescue, hiking and spending time with family.

Hello, my name is Brianna and I joined NVC in June 2020. I have worked in the veterinary field for over 10 years. I currently have 2 cats (Milo and Sassy) and two German Shorthaired Pointers (Mika and Gage). In my free time, I enjoy going fishing and enjoying time by any form of water. Hello, my name is Jenna and I joined Neffsville Veterinary Clinic in August of 2020. I am a Maryland native with a love for all animals (especially cows), and a special love for our squishy-faced canines. In my spare time I like to kayak, play board games, cross stitch, read, and watch British TV shows. Before Covid-19, I worked in professional theater and have a B.A. in History Education. I have a tri-pawd cat named Leslie Higgins, who loves snuggles and Churu treats. I can’t wait to meet you and your pets! Go Ravens!

Hello, My name is Clarissa. I have joined the Pet Resort Team at NVC to fulfill my lifelong dream of working with animals. My goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment that your cherished pets will want to return to. My husband and I recently rescued the newest member of our family, Farrah a Pit Bull Terrier who has warmed our hearts.
Some of my other joys outside of adoring your pets include cooking, hiking, biking and horseback riding.

Hi! My name is Molly, and I’ve been working at Neffsville since September of 2021. I have been working with animals since 2019, and started working in customer service involving animals since early 2020!
I have 2 dogs of my own, Paisley and Posie, who are both golden retrievers. In my free time, I love to go shopping with friends, play with my dogs, crochet, and sew!

Compassion Care Coordinator
I am thrilled to be here at Neffsville Veterinary Clinic. I have always had a love for veterinary medicine and working with animals. I have a variety of experience from working at a small/large animal practice to including time at an emergency vet. While I enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine, I have a passion for working with end of life and palliative care. It means a lot to me to help support clients and their pets during such a difficult part of their journey.
At home, my husband and I have a black cat named Esmeralda and an orange tabby named Uhtred who both bring lots of joy to our household. Outside of work I enjoy playing Dungeons & Dragons, spending time at favorite coffee shops, reading, going to Renaissance Festivals, spending time with loved ones as well as time outside.

Client Relations Internal Marketing Specialist
My name is Gabbi! I started working for Neffsville Vet in November 2022. I studied Food Science and Microbiology at Penn State, and previously worked in foodborne pathogen research. Thankfully, I have since found my passion in getting to know all of your pets! Some of my favorite critters include pets who have had enucleations, Sphynx cats, and exotic pets.
Outside of the clinic, you can find me tending to my own pets with my husband, Bradley. We have two longhaired cats named Torvi and Nadja, three snakes named Greta, Floki, and Arthur Morgan, a collection of regal jumping spiders, and a shrimp tank. I also love cooking, crafting, and anything nerdy or spooky, like hosting Dungeons & Dragons sessions, RPG video games, fantasy books and movies, and Renaissance Faires!

Hi! I’m Siena, and I am looking forward to getting to know all of the critters at NVC, as well as their owners. I enjoy talking to people and have worked in customer service for over 10 years. I am passionate about developing a connection with animals and people I meet.
I have always loved animals, and grew up with large and small dogs, cats, pocket pets, birds, and fish. I currently have a house full of all rescued pets! Indigo, a sweet, cat loving, Pittie-mix; Aerial, a little farm cat I found in a tree; Francesca Guadalupe, a Persian cat from the streets of Cairo, Egypt; and an anti-social guinea pig named Rumspringa!
When I have free time to relax, I love spending time with my sister, eating delicious food, watching documentaries, movies, and new shows. I knit and am learning to crochet. In the warm months, I enjoy spending time outside with Indigo.

Hello everyone, my name is Gina. I came to Lancaster around 2020 after living in New Jersey. I started working for Neffisville Vet in March 2023. It was always a dream of mine to work with animals. My first job was working at Petsmart, where I knew working with pets was what I wanted to do. Since I was younger, I was always known to have pets of all sorts from small animals to reptiles. I currently have two orange cats, a rabbit, hamster, and a gecko. I’m super excited to work with everyone here and meet you and your pets.

Hi! My name is Nick and I started at Neffsville the summer of this year. I have been in customer relations most of my professional career and love assisting people in any way I can. My family and I have fostered so many animals over the last 15 years, and nothing has brought our family more joy than assisting animals in their time of need and seeing them be adopted into loving families. We have two Pomeranians, both of which were rescues themselves. In my free time I enjoy camping with my wife, kids, and pets, playing games with friends, and just spending time as a family. I’m Nicole! I started working at NVC in August 2023 after moving to Lancaster from New Jersey. I’ve worked in customer service for years, so moving into a career where I can help people AND their animals is a bonus.
I live with my husband and my “piccolo monstro” pup, a corgi named Oliver. In my free time, I like to work out, take Oliver to the park, and take naps. I can’t wait to meet you and your pets!

Hello! My name is Pamela and I have been working at Neffsville Veterinary Clinic since August 2023. I have a background in management and customer service but what I find most fulfilling is the opportunity to make a difference with animals. I live in Lititz with my husband and my son. Although I adore every breed, I am a huge fan of pitbulls! Outside of work my hobbies include being a car enthusiast and a beach lover, I enjoy spending as much time as possible in Rehoboth Beach DE. Outside of work, I take care of three of my own pets; Yuri, Snuggles, and Arthur. I also help walk others pups through an App called Rover. Traveling, working out, and reading are a few other passions of mine.

I have always been a huge animal lover. At home, I have two labs, a fox red named Weston and a yellow named Sadie. I also have 3 cats named Loki, Sunny, and Pepper. My newest additions are two axolotl’s named Flynn and Nugget. I look forward to watching my babies grow and live their best lives every day.
In my free time, I enjoy doing any outdoor activities and crafting. I own a small crochet business on the side.
