Hayley
Outpatient Department Coordinator
Hello! My name is Hayley, I started at Neffsville November 2021, but I have been caring for animals in the veterinary field for 4 years. My senior year of high school, I attended Lancaster county career and technology center, where I earned my veterinary assistant certification. After graduation I got hired at the veterinary practice where I was interning for school and I worked there until coming to Neffsville. When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, riding bike, baking and spending time with my friends and family. I currently do not have any animals unfortunately but will most certainly in the future! I look forward to meeting you and your furry family and will treat them as if they were my own!

Elizabeth
Outpatient Nurse, Inventory Assistant, & Community Outreach Coordinator
Hello there! My name is Elizabeth G. and I am currently an outpatient nurse. I started at NVC in February of 2021. I graduated in 2020 from Delaware Valley University with a bachelor’s in Animal Science and a Master’s in Agriculture Science from Sul Ross University in 2022. I have always loved animals, been interested in veterinary medicine, and believe community service and education to be important, so NVC is the perfect place for me! When I am not at work, I am crafting, cooking and baking, reading, volunteering with 4-H and other local programs, or spending time with my animals and gardening. I have two German Shepherds (Missi and Andrea), a Shar Pei mix (Hildie), a cat (Mama Cat), and a turtle and a small pond of fish. I love meeting you and your animals! During my time at NVC I have found one of my favorite parts of work is helping nurture the human-animal bond.

Sabrina
Outpatient Nurse, Pharmacy Tech
Hi, my name is Sabrina and I joined the Neffsville team in May of 2023. My background in management and customer service as well as a life-long passion for all animals led me to veterinary customer service in 2022. I live in Coatesville with my husband and our 3 young cats: Ichabod, Toph and Bumi. When I am not working, or snuggling with my cats, you can find me reading mystery novels, cross-stitching, watching a horror movie or rom-com, playing video games and board games, or solving puzzles. I also enjoy visiting national and historical parks and challenging my husband in minigolf. My favorite holiday is Halloween and I love all Disney villain related things. I have a special soft spot for Shar-Peis, and black cats, especially the feisty ones. I have very fond childhood memories of Lititz and Wilbur Bud factory; I am very excited for the opportunity to get to know the community better and assist in providing quality care for your furry family members!
Shannon
Outpatient Nurse
Hi everyone! My name is Shannon and I’ve been working at Neffsville since April of 2022. After high school I studied communications at Kutztown University, but realized my true passion was working with animals when I started working at a local pet store. I have both a customer service and management background, and I love working in this fast-paced, exciting environment. At home I have a feisty, senior rescue cat named Lucky. When I’m not at work, I love to spend time with family and friends (both two and four legged), go hiking, cook, and find new music to listen to. I love every animal that’s crossed my path since I was little, and I’m so excited to care for all of your pets with the same love I give my own. Thank you for allowing me to care for your fur babies; I can’t wait to meet you all!
