Sabrina
Outpatient Coordinator
Hi, my name is Sabrina and I joined the Neffsville team in May of 2023. My background in management and customer service as well as a life-long passion for all animals led me to veterinary customer service in 2022. I live in Coatesville with my husband and our 3 young cats: Ichabod, Toph and Bumi. When I am not working, or snuggling with my cats, you can find me reading mystery novels, cross-stitching, watching a horror movie or rom-com, playing video games and board games, or solving puzzles. I also enjoy visiting national and historical parks and challenging my husband in minigolf. My favorite holiday is Halloween and I love all Disney villain related things. I have a special soft spot for Shar-Peis, and black cats, especially the feisty ones. I have very fond childhood memories of Lititz and Wilbur Bud factory; I am very excited for the opportunity to get to know the community better and assist in providing quality care for your furry family members!

Hayley
Outpatient Shift Lead & Pharmacy Tech
Hello! My name is Hayley, I started at Neffsville November 2021, but I have been caring for animals in the veterinary field for 4 years. My senior year of high school, I attended Lancaster county career and technology center, where I earned my veterinary assistant certification. After graduation I got hired at the veterinary practice where I was interning for school and I worked there until coming to Neffsville. When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, riding bike, baking and spending time with my friends and family. I currently do not have any animals unfortunately but will most certainly in the future! I look forward to meeting you and your furry family and will treat them as if they were my own!

I graduated in 2020 from Delaware Valley University with a bachelor’s in Animal Science and I am currently pursuing my master’s at Sul Ross University. I have always loved animals and been interested in veterinary medicine and hope to attend veterinary school to achieve my goal of becoming a large and small animal veterinarian. When I am not at work or studying, I am crafting, reading, volunteering with 4-H, or spending time with my animals. I have a Shar Pei mix (Hildie), and a GSD (Missi). I love meeting you and your animals and getting to know them and care for them!

Shannon
Outpatient Nurse
Hi everyone! My name is Shannon and I’ve been working at Neffsville since April of 2022. After high school I studied communications at Kutztown University, but realized my true passion was working with animals when I started working at a local pet store. I have both a customer service and management background, and I love working in this fast-paced, exciting environment. At home I have a feisty, senior rescue cat named Lucky. When I’m not at work, I love to spend time with family and friends (both two and four legged), go hiking, cook, and find new music to listen to. I love every animal that’s crossed my path since I was little, and I’m so excited to care for all of your pets with the same love I give my own. Thank you for allowing me to care for your fur babies; I can’t wait to meet you all!

Ivy
Outpatient Nurse
Hey my name is Ivy! I have been working in the vet field since I was 15. Previously I worked in specialty medicine, and I am excited to come back to companion. I have a love when it comes to large animals too. I have raised and shown livestock at my local fair for 5 years. I have 2 cats of my own, a Scottish Fold (Mario) and a Persian polydactyl (Mack). I also have an adopted chocolate Lab (Leo).
When I’m not working, I like to be outdoors. I enjoy fishing and going on trips to the mountains. Sometimes you can also find me participating in demolition derbies! My goal at Neffsville is to help you and your animals stay happy and healthy. I look forward to meeting everyone and their pets!
