Lisa, CVT
Inpatient Nurse, Certified Veterinary Technician

Hi, my name is Lisa and I have been a CVT since September 2006.

I received my bachelor’s degree from Juniata College and after working for a couple years I decided to go back to school to earn my Vet Tech Certification.

After graduating I worked at a clinic in Baltimore for 5 years then accepted a position at Neffsville Veterinary Clinic in 2011.

After a little over a year I left Neffsville Veterinary Clinic for a job at another clinic, but returned after 8 months because I missed working at Neffsville!

I feel blessed to work with such an amazing group of doctors and staff members.

I love working with your pets and look forward to helping you give them the best care possible!

Meagan, CVT
Inpatient & Outpatient Nurse, Certified Veterinary Technician

Hello! I’m Meagan, an inpatient nurse here at Neffsville since April 2019. I’m a native of York county but had been living in Maryland for 15 years before moving back to York in late 2018. I have a BS in Animal Science from the University of Maryland – GO TERPS! I later went back to school, passed my boards and became a Registered Veterinary Technician in 2015. In and out of school, I spent 16 years in the service industry and have always loved working with humans as much as animals.

Before moving back to PA I worked in a small but very busy animal hospital where I was able to gain a wide range of skills from underwater treadmill rehabilitation, force-free handling, anesthesia, wound care, and more. I am passionate about client education and love being the dental nurse for your furbabies!

When I’m not at work, I live in a “house divided” with my husband (a State College native and PSU grad) our 2 beautiful daughters– Charlie and Dylan, 2 wild & crazy dogs– Daisy and Kodak, and our geriatric kitty– Zeppelin. As a former athlete, I enjoy spending my free time as an online health + fitness coach, helping people create a healthy lifestyle!

I’m very excited to be a part of the team here and look forward to giving your fur family the best experience possible when visiting Neffsville.

Jessie, CVT
Inpatient Nurse, Certified Veterinary Technician

Hello, my name is Jessie. I joined Neffsville Veterinary Clinic in December 2015.

I completed my degree in Veterinary Technology at YTI in York, PA; I will gain my certification in March 2016.

Treating animals and maintaining their health and happiness brings me a lot of joy. I particularly enjoy working with pocket pets like rabbits and guinea pigs!

I live with Brandon my fiancé and our 4 pets: Sheba (Belgian Shephard mix), Leo (domestic shorthair cat), and Little Gray (Flemish Giant Rabbits), and Selene (Ferret).

In my spare time, I like to be outdoors enjoying nature, finding new hiking trails to explore with Sheba, playing classical piano, or reading a suspenseful novel.

I am excited to meet your pets and will give them the same compassion and care that I give to my own four-legged family members.

Nicole, CVT
Inpatient Nurse, Certified Veterinary Technician

Hi, my name is Nicole and I am so proud to be a part of the Neffsville Veterinary Clinic. Since graduating from LCCTC and receiving my certification, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in practice. As an Inpatient Nurse here at NVC, I strive to provide the best quality of care to pets and inspire responsible pet ownership through client education.

My passion for learning about and being around animals started at a young age. A love for animals is something my family and I share, which allowed me to grow up and care for a wide variety of pets. At the end of the day, I really feel as though I’m making a difference in the lives of those who don’t have a voice, as well as their owners.

Jodi, CVT
Inpatient & Outpatient Nurse, Certified Veterinary Technician

Hi, my name is Jodi and I joined Neffsville Veterinary Clinic in July of 2009. I left Neffsville briefly after a move to North Carolina in 2015 and was ecstatic to return to NVC upon moving back in 2016.

As a child I had always dreamed of working with animals and couldn’t picture myself anywhere else! I graduated with a veterinary assistant certificate in 2009 from Lancaster County Career and Technology Center. I returned to school and graduated with an associate degree from York Technical Institute and completed the National Veterinary Technician Board Exam to become a certified veterinary technician in 2018.

I love creatures of all shapes, ages, and sizes! I have a special place in my heart for senior pets and kittens in need of bottle feeding. I will also try my hardest to gain the trust of any scared or shy patients with my calm demeanor and treats! I am a proud self-proclaimed “crazy cat lady.” I have three cats: Mr. Tuxedo pants, Mary Poppins, and Schlomo. I also have two cockatiels Paulie & Coconut, and a Border Collie/Australian shepherd mix Cosmo.

I very much look forward to getting to know you and caring your furry family members!
